Welcome to One Stop Auto Inc. ("One Stop Auto," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website (onestopauto.us), booking an appointment, or using our automotive repair and body work services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). We offer automotive body and collision repair services including collision repair, custom paint and refinishing, dent and scratch repair, bumper and panel replacement, frame straightening, OEM paint matching, insurance claim assistance, and related body work services.
A $50 estimate fee applies to all repair estimate appointments. This fee is fully waived if the customer approves and proceeds with the repair work. Estimates are provided in good faith based on visible damage and may be adjusted upon discovery of additional damage during repair. Any change to the scope of work or estimated cost will be communicated to the customer before work proceeds.
Appointments may be scheduled via our website, by phone, or in person. Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments up to two (2) hours before the scheduled start time through the link provided in their confirmation message. Repeated no-shows or same-day cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other commonly accepted forms of payment. Vehicles will not be released until payment has been received in full.
One Stop Auto warrants its repair work to be free from defects in workmanship for a reasonable period consistent with industry standards, subject to normal wear and tear and proper vehicle maintenance by the customer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
By providing your phone number to One Stop Auto — whether through our online booking form, by phone, or in person — you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us regarding: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-ups, job status updates, pickup notifications, review requests, promotions, and other service-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. One Stop Auto's liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost wages, or rental vehicle costs, except where required by California law. Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle prior to service; we are not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside a vehicle.
All content on onestopauto.us, including logos, images, text, and design elements, is the property of One Stop Auto Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
